The plot
It took me a lot of time to finish this mix, about six months in total. One of the reasons is a lack of spare time, but the other is the fact that I edited most of the tracks, in desire to create something different. It wasn’t my intention to rush things through, I really wanted to put all pieces on the right spot.

As a big fan of Twin Peaks series, I realized that some tracks that maestro Badalamenti did 20 years ago have this dark progressive vibe, even though the beat is absent or is on a very low scale. Most of the tracks in this mix have been assembled in a non classical way. By changing their beginning and ending in advance, I managed to put them together in a divers manner when mixing, as there is no routine in simple beat matching.

The remix of Love Song that M.I.K.E. and Zigi did is my favourite, but I wanted to put my own seal on it, as I really respect the whole opus of amazing vocalist that Ofra Haza was.
