The plot Verona is the mix of emotions. Sadness, grief, love, sorrow, bliss, smile and tears... all packed in deep progressive sounds.
It begins with the Lucio Dalla’s masterpiece dedicated to one of the greatest Italian tenors, Enrico Caruso, here interpreted by Andrea’s tristful voice. This is a song that reflects the pain and longings of a man who is about to die while he is looking into the eyes of a girl who was very dear to him. I tranquilize the song for the intro and added vintage vinyl sounds making it even calmer, with the idea of creating distant atmosphere on which No One Gets Left Behind would be built.
David Graña Piñeiro stands behind the incredible track with the motives from the most beautiful aria E Lucevan le Stelle. This is the part of the third act of Giacomo Puccini’s opera Tosca, composed in 1900 and glorified by tenor Enrico Caruso. The original aria starts with the lonely clarinet solo and building it up gradually with the orchestral and singing performance, reaching the peak in forte in the closing bars of the opera, as Tosca jumps from the bastion. As strange as it would sounds, this musical build up is similar with progressive house.
