Andrey - 7 Frames
The plot 7 Frames is an ambient mix inspired by the music from the motion pictures. It all started as an idea a year and a half ago, when I heard two tunes that inspired me a lot. As the time went by, the initial idea changed, so even the one of those two tracks that I began with has been removed. Frankly, I thought that working with the tracks without the beat would be relaxing. At the very beginning I realized how wrong I was. When the beat is there, the tracks are being assembled with some sort of logic. There is a solid foundation to start with and you can combine the tracks as you like. When the beat is completely gone, there is a problem: how to start and how to lineup more than twenty tracks? In that manner, the “relaxation” turned out to be 45 days of working on a mix and as many days for the cover images. I arranged tracks by the musical instruments, vocals and impressions that can be heard in the tunes. Eventually, I got seven related parts. This compilation has nothing to do with the electronic music, beside the fact that some of the tunes inspired electronic music producers to create their own tracks. Tracklist
