The plot
The mix is a sequel to the set Beneath the Surface, that I did few months earlier. There is a lot of symbolism in this mix, from the name, the track selection, the cover… There are some things that I haven’t done before, like assembling the tracks not only by their beat or sound, but by their name, too. This is the case particularly in the last segment of the set, where I tried to create a flow, combining the titles with the music itself. The cover, based on the digital art Wasteland by Shiftedreality, is a tribute to the Kintar’s track Welcome to Lebanon.

The main idea of this mix is that things can look completely different, if you look at them from another angle...
